First, before anything else, Keone, I wanted to thank you for the incredible preparation you gave me for this exam. The class was intense – I’m not going to lie! APRIL 2020: Carol Ball School of Real Estate was able to create a new online expedited class, using ZOOM and 3 great books. I was the beneficiary of being able to take this Hawaii real estate class remotely from Colorado, as I will be relocating back to my long time home, Maui. The sales pre licensing course took a solid two weeks. For my time zone, the 4 hour a day ZOOM in person class with Keone Ball, was in the evening 5-9. 1-4 Hawaii time. This gave me all day to read and study and take the quizzes. The course was fast pace and extremely informative.
Keone Ball was our instructor with a class of 12 students. He is very skilled at teaching and allowing us to ask questions – interact in break out groups. We got to know each other as a class. We celebrated in the end when we passed the class.
Keone is very knowledgeable about his profession being a long time broker himself. Keone’s excellent instruction with patience and aloha, combined with my diligent studying, allowed me to pass both the national exam and the Hawaii exam the first time. Keone prepared the way for me for sure.
Mahalo for the intense learning experience. I would highly recommend Keone and the Carol Ball School of Real Estate.

Carol Ball is an amazing teacher. If you listen to her and take the steps she teaches you will be able to get the pre licensing certificate and be prepared for the national and state licensing exams.
