Keone J. E. Ball

Licensed in real estate since 1996 and a Hawaii Broker since 2001, Keone Ball has vast experience managing a multi agent firm, and serves as the Principal Broker of Keller Williams Realty. Keone is able to use his field experience as a salesperson and management skills as a broker/manager to instruct students taking prelicensing classes. His years of training new agents at his firm affords him the skills to relate to students in the class to nurture them and prepare them for their new career in real estate. An effective instructor, Keone’s teaching is often peppered with laughter from his students even as they focus on the intense preparation required for the licensing exam.

Keone is a Certified Real Estate Prelicensing Instructor for the State of Hawaii. He is a Realtor member of the National Association of Realtors holding national designations of Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist. Keone served as President of the Realtors Association of Maui in 2005 and Directorships on the Hawaii Association of Realtors.
